12 & Under Players born in 2012 & 2011
14 & Under Players born in 2010 & 2009

All coaches will be:
1. SafeSport certified
2. USA Hockey Background Checked
3. Up to date with CEP (Coaches Educational Program) and online age specific modules
​Program will run from September - March
Schedule will consist of mainly weekends and occasional weekdays approximately 8-10 skates a month.
Teams will be drafted by the coaches and Hockey Director to ensure teams are evenly skilled.

Jersey and socks provided.

Referee fees included in program cost.
2023-24 RHC Vipers Tier 3/B League Payment Dates
10U Vipers Teams - $300 Deposit due at registration, followed by 4 payments of $350 (9/15, 10/15, 11/15 & 12/15).
Total: $1700
12U Vipers Teams - $300 Deposit due at registration, followed by 4 payments of $400 (9/15, 10/15, 11/15 & 12/15).
Total: $1900
14U Vipers Teams - $300 Deposit due at registration, followed by 4 payments of $425 (9/15, 10/15, 11/15 & 12/15).
Total: $2000
REFUND POLICY
We now use an online registration process only. You may choose to pay the full amount at the time of registration or you may choose the online auto-payment plan. If paying in full and using your ACH, you will not incur a processing fee of 3.25%.
If not paying in full, a Registration Fee will be due at the time of registration. If paying by installments, your credit card or ACH will be automatically charged the amount listed in the payment schedule on that exact date. All credit card payments will be charged a 3.25% processing fee. If using ACH for a payment plan, only the initial fee during registration will incur the 3.25% processing fee. Future payments set up with ACH will not be charged the processing fee.

If your player is injured or unable to participate due to unforeseen circumstances, you remain responsible for all of your player’s program fees.
